Ceyda Akbal Schwimann Founding Partner

Ceyda has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional disputes, with a particular focus on high-value and complex litigation and arbitration matters. She regularly conducts international arbitration proceedings under both major institutional rules and on an ad hoc basis. Her experience spans leading arbitral frameworks, including the ICC Rules, Vienna Rules, DIAC with seats in Turkey, Vienna, Geneva, Dubai, Paris and London.

Her practice is especially focused on disputes in the energy, infrastructure, commercial, and shareholder sectors.

Beyond dispute resolution, Ceyda has significant expertise in investment planning, foreign direct investments, and investment protection measures. She has vast experience on working on employment, real estate and construction matters.
