Data protection is a relatively new field of law in Turkey. Since the entry into force of the Data Protection Law No. 6698 in Turkey on April 7, 2016, there have been efforts to align the policies of companies with the requirements of the new law in this field. We offer legal assistance to our clients for alignment of their commercial practices with the administrative and legal requirements imposed by the law. We are also fully acquainted with the legal procedures for complaints before the Turkish Data Protection Authority.
